2016 Lincoln MKZ price and features

Purchasing a 2016 Lincoln MKZ sure is a costly affair. However, the standard  2016 Lincoln MKZ’s price is $36,000 and above. A fully loaded Lincoln MKZ’s price ranges from anything up to $50,000 based on the number of additional features selected by the buyer. The price should not be a problem for a sedan that has enough amenities.

Lincoln MKZ has good performance. It comes with two engine options: 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with a 240 hp and 3.7 liter V6 with 300 hp, both linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission. It is Front-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive is also available. Engine with four-cylinder earns higher fuel economy that is 22 mpg on the highway, while the other earns 18 mpg of fuel economy in the city and 27 mpg on the highway.

MKZ by Lincoln features an electric motor that gives 188 hp of horsepower. The sedan seats five passengers and has quiet and well-designed cabins adding grace to its interior. The front seats are soft with enough head and legroom. They are also leathered, heated and ventilated. Rear seats are also heated but do not offer as much comfort as front seats offer. In addition to its quality interior, 2016 MKZ offers 15.4 cubic feet of trunk space, while its Hybrid version offers relatively smaller that is 11.1 cubic feet of space.

This 2016 Lincoln model offers many standard tech features that include an 8-inch touch screen with MyLincoln touch infotainment system and rearview camera, Bluetooth, remote start and parental control system. Its touch-screen isn’t easy to use. It is slow to respond to inputs, and its menus can confuse one. Below the screen are touch sensitive areas for controlling climate and audio functions. It replaces conventional buttons and knobs. The voice recognition system in MKZ works well. Other features are navigation, rear-seat DVD players, and THX 14-speaker sound system.

Some of the standard features of MKZ are Multi-Zone climate control, Power liftgate, upgrade headlights, fold flat rear seats, post-collision safety system, a backup camera, and stability control.
