Home appliances is the term used to refer to either electrical or mechanical goods within households for daily use in domestic chores, such as cooking food in the kitchen and even heating or cooling. The other category of small appliances is used in living rooms and bedrooms. Under this category of small appliances are many heating and cooling appliances. A few examples of heating appliances are gas heaters, fan heaters, ceramic heaters, kerosene heaters, and space heaters. A few examples of cooling appliances are split or wall-mounted air conditioners and fans.
